Assessment
The first step is always to meet with operators to better understand their concerns and needs of their facility. Next, WET engineers test, analyze data, and determine any irregularities or inefficiencies.
Reporting
WET provides detailed reporting and analysis for increasing energy efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Actions
WET then develops site specific solutions. We present options for reducing energy costs by monitoring dissolved oxygen content, off-gases and certain GHGs. Maximizing the efficiency of these systems and processes reduces peak electricity demand for a potentially significant cost savings.
Technology
WET tailors and builds our Off-Gas DR device based on the specific needs of the facility and its operations. The Off-Gas DR is capable of measuring and analyzing specific wastewater parameters (dissolved oxygen, ammonia, etc.), off-gases (O2, CO2), and other GHGs of interest to the facility.
Installation
Once installed, the Off-Gas DR device collects raw data and sends it to the AWS cloud via secured wireless connection where the data is analyzed. Operational recommendations are sent to an online dashboard for operators to see in real-time.
Recommendations and Actions
Recommendations for optimal efficiency are made available in real-time to facility operators via a secure online dashboard. Provided operators adjust operations accordingly, a facility can expect to see a reduction in peak electricity demand and therefore substantial financial savings.
WET provides Project management services for everything from small private WRRFs to large multi-MGD facilities. Project management services include but are not limited to:
- New installation construction
- Retrofit
- Maintenance
